Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. General Information

This website is operated by Warszama gastro-bar. We provide food preparation services for pickup and delivery. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

2. Order Processing

All orders are prepared individually and begin preparation immediately after payment confirmation. The customer understands and agrees that food products are prepared specifically for each order and cannot be resold or reused.

3. Pickup Orders and Order Completion

All orders are made for pickup or delivery. An order is considered completed and fulfilled once it has been prepared and made available for pickup at the selected time.

4. No-Show Policy (Failure to Collect Order)

If the customer does not arrive to collect the order at the selected pickup time, the order is considered successfully completed. In this case: the food is considered prepared and used, the service is considered fully provided, no refund will be issued. This policy exists because food is prepared individually and cannot be reused or resold.

5. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is possible only within 5 minutes after placing the order and only if preparation has not yet started. Once preparation has started, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund will be provided.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases: the order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation time before preparation started; the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to internal reasons (technical issues or lack of ingredients); duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a technical error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Quality Complaints

If the customer receives food of unsatisfactory quality, the customer must contact the restaurant within 24 hours after placing the order. Each complaint will be reviewed individually.

8. Unauthorized Use and Fraud Claims

All payments are processed using secure authentication (3D Secure). Transactions confirmed by the customer through their bank are considered authorized.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Disputes based on: non-collection of the order (no-show), late arrival for pickup, misunderstanding of pickup conditions - will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.

10. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for: providing correct contact information, selecting the correct pickup time, arriving to collect the order on time. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund.

11. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version published on the website is always applicable.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that: they have read and understood these Terms and Refund Policy; they agree that pickup orders are non-refundable once preparation has started; they agree that failure to collect the order means the order is considered completed.
